# The Hudson

> A live-fire steakhouse, raw bar, and social dining club in downtown Bend, Oregon, led by Executive Chef George Morris.

The Hudson is located at 900 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon 97703, on the historic corner that has anchored Wall Street since 1919. The restaurant serves charcoal-fired steaks (including A5 Hida, A5 Kobe, and Washugyu), a raw bar with oysters, caviar service, and Jonah's crab claws, plus small plates, salads, soups, and charcoal-fired chops and seafood. Dinner service runs Wednesday through Saturday, with Happy Hour from 4:00-5:30 PM and dinner service from 5:00 PM until close. Phone: (541) 323-0847.

Reservations are accepted up to one month in advance for parties up to ten guests via Resy. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar.

## About the Chef

Executive Chef George Morris is a Culinary Institute of America graduate who has led kitchens at Truffle Pig (Steamboat Springs), The Madeline Hotel (Telluride), and several acclaimed Bend restaurants including Bos Taurus, Miyagi Ramen, Hablo Tacos, and Nome Italiano before opening The Hudson.
