I've spent my career in pursuit of one thing: an experience that surprises you. Not with tricks or performance, but with food that is simply, unmistakably, better than you expected. That's what I've built here in Bend. And I'd love for you to come see it for yourself.

Executive Chef George Morris

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef George has spent two decades at the top of his craft, from Truffle Pig in Steamboat Springs to The Madeline Hotel in Telluride. His philosophy is built on live fire, exceptional sourcing, and the belief that great food should surprise you every time.

At The Hudson, George has brought that philosophy home to Bend, to his kitchen, and to every plate that leaves it.
