The Site is owned and operated by The Hudson, located at 900 NW Wall Street, Downtown Bend, Oregon 97703.

Reservations and dining

Reservations made through our Site are processed by Resy. By making a reservation, you also agree to Resy's terms of service available at resy.com/terms.

The Hudson reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any changes.

Our menu is updated seasonally and is subject to change without notice. Menu items and pricing displayed on the Site may differ from those available in the restaurant on any given evening.

Membership

Membership at The Hudson is by application and is subject to availability. Submitting a membership inquiry form does not guarantee membership. The Hudson reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.

Membership terms, pricing, benefits, and availability are subject to change. Current members will be notified of any material changes to membership terms with reasonable advance notice.

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Chef's Table

The Chef's Table is an exclusive private dining experience available on a limited and invitation basis. Submitting a priority list request does not guarantee a seat or reservation. The Hudson will contact interested guests when Chef's Table dates are confirmed.

Chef's Table dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change at The Hudson's discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of The Hudson or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the Site and its content is permitted.

User-submitted content

If you submit any content to us through our forms, email, or social media — including reviews, photos, or testimonials — you grant The Hudson a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
