The Hudson is open Wednesday through Saturday, closed Sunday through Tuesday. Happy Hour runs from 4 to 5:30 PM. Dinner service runs 5 to 9 PM Wednesday and Thursday, and 5 to 9:30 PM Friday and Saturday. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar.
