THE EVENING
This is a private evening hosted exclusively for a curated group of influencers, hospitality professionals, and tastemakers in Central Oregon. No general admission. No public reservations. Just an exceptional gathering of people who shape what this community eats, experiences, and talks about.
Executive Chef George Morris will guide you through a sampling of The Hudson's signature menu, a live-fire experience that has been earning five-star reviews since day one. Partner wineries will be pouring. The bar team will be serving reimagined classic cocktails.
A red carpet, a photographer capturing the evening, and a dedicated content-creation station will be available.

ABOUT THE CREATIVE VISION BEHIND THE CUISINE
Chef George Morris built Bos Taurus into one of Central Oregon's most celebrated restaurants. The Hudson is his next and most ambitious project yet, a space he designed from the ground up around live-fire cooking, exceptional sourcing, and the belief that great food should surprise and delight.
On October 27, Chef George will be in the room. He will be at the pass. He will guide you through the evening himself.
